By booking this studio, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules listed below.

Wear the shoes covers provided at the entrance of the studio!!!

YOU MAY NOT MOVE  permanent furniture (SOFA,  DINING TABLE) around for any reason to avoid bodily injuries, damages and booking schedule interruption. Please no standing or shoes on furniture.

A $100 FEE will be charged via Peerspace if you will use your shoes on furniture from original place after booking.

*Security camera on premises for: guest safety, damages, theft and extra charges. Please Note We Do Not Keep Any Footage Unless Peerspace Request Proof.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
