Host Rules: • No loud music or disruptive noise. • No smoking or vaping inside the studio. • No glitter, confetti, or smoke machines. • Please keep food and drinks in designated areas. • Furniture may be moved gently but must be returned to original placement. • Guest count must not exceed the booked capacity. • All setup and breakdown must be completed within the booking time. • No filming in building hallways or common areas. • Be respectful of neighbors and the building at all times.

Cleaning Requirements: Guests must leave the studio in the same condition it was found. Trash should be placed in the provided bins, and all personal items must be removed before checkout. No additional cleaning fee is charged unless there is damage or excessive mess.

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Reschedule requests within 24 hours are subject to availability.
