Our facility provides different space options for your needs. We have space available for film recording and podcast. We also carry different size rooms and spaces for either recording sessions or rehearsals. We carry additional state of the art equipment for rental on site for your jamming sessions. Rates vary between $50.00-$90.00 per hour depending on the space chosen. Cleaning fees are included in the rental of the space as long as the space is returned in the same condition as given to the client.

Our space includes 2 different size rooms for audio recording and rehearsal studio space as well. We also offer a DJ space and video podcast recording space available as well at our studio. We offer state of the art musical equipment on site for rental as well. We offer everything from drums, guitars, brass instruments, amps, keyboards, DJ sets,Microphone, monitors, and everything in between.

Preferred Payment Method: Different methods of payment accepted. Feel free to ask what forms of payment we accept

Host Rules: Standard hours of operation are 10am-10pm Mon-Fri. Sat 10am-11pm and Sundays open for scheduled space rentals. Extended hours can be arranged and booked if need be.

Cleaning Requirements: Cleaning fees will be applied if the spaces rented are not returned in the same condition as the space was received by client. The cleaning fee, if needed, will be taken out of the deposit used to secure the space rented.Wheelchair Accessible 2: true
