Host Rules: Booking time includes setup and breakdown. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments. No unauthorized guests or crew. The guest count must match your booking. No smoking or vaping inside the home. No pets unless explicitly approved in writing. No adult content, illegal activity, or weapons allowed on-site. Please do not move large furniture or wall decor without prior approval. Protect floors, walls, and surfaces when bringing in gear or props. Do not nail, tape, or affix anything to walls or surfaces without permission. Use only designated areas — rooms not included in your booking are off-limits. Keep noise at a reasonable level — no loud music or amplified sound outside. Be respectful of neighbors and neighborhood guidelines. All crew and guests must behave professionally at all times.
Cleaning Requirements: We ask guests to leave the space in the same condition they found it.
Required Before Departure: Remove all personal belongings, trash, and equipment. Wipe down counters, surfaces, and high-touch areas used. Place all trash in designated bins or take with you if bins are full. Return furniture and decor to original positions (unless directed otherwise). Sweep/vacuum visible debris from high-traffic areas if needed. A standard cleaning fee may apply to cover light post-use tidying. Additional charges may be assessed for excessive mess, spills, or damage.
Additional Notes A walkthrough may be done before and after the booking. You are responsible for any damages caused during your rental. Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional charges or loss of future booking privileges.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility while respecting the time and resources involved in preparing the space. Full Refund Bookings canceled more than 7 days before the reservation date will receive a 100% refund. Partial Refund Bookings canceled 3–7 days before the reservation will receive a 50% refund. No Refund Bookings canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. Rescheduling We allow one complimentary reschedule if the request is made at least 72 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling may be subject to availability and a 10% rescheduling fee. Additional Notes Refunds and reschedules must be requested in writing. In case of extreme weather, power outages, or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. No-shows are considered cancellations without refund.
