We are a Photography Studio, as well as a beautiful, sun lit space for Art Exhibitions, Meditation Groups, Yoga Classes, Casting Auditions, Poetry Readings, Script Reads, Business Meetings, and more.

* We require a refundable security deposit for bookings that are 7+ hour 10+ guests!

Our front room is a 29ft x 20ft of beautiful white wall with white rustic wooden floors and a wall of windows looking towards the Manhattan Skyline. A sun drenched space for your clients to absorb your classes, meetings, rehearsals, filming, and Photoshoots.

The space has a 15ft ceiling, which allows for a more open space! We have a separate HMU room so the makeup artist and models feel more comfortable; Can also be used as an office space to edit or just relax. Amenities include, Coffee maker, Tea pot, AC, Heater - All included in your booking!

There is a variety of different backdrop colors available at the studio! All backdrops are free of charge if used as only backdround. If you need to pull paper on floor for model to step on; we charge $10 per pull/color.

We have filled the Studio space with so many vintage pieces as decor but can also be used as props or photo setups! We have a Record player with many vinyl options; Can also be used as speakers, connect to your phones using Bluetooth name under "Wooden Music Center".

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
