Yes- we will host events, like meditations and yoga!

++We're a short walk from the Grand stop on the L train

++We are handicapped accessible/we have an elevator

++We have 40 feet of MASSIVE windows w/blackout curtains

++We have MANY beautiful tropical plants on wheels

++All of our lighting equipment is FREE

++We have a HUGE professional makeup station with lights + MUA tools

++We have a white/black backdrop on wheels

++We are a contactless facility, we provide door codes

++ 15’ ceilings!

++we message back fast here, please send us a message here before texting/calling

++Each pull (5 feet for posing ) of backdrops is $20

*Please pre-pay for seamless paper. We may add on $5 to each booking if you use seamless and don’t tell us after your booking ends *

++We have 30 colors of backdrops at all times

++You can use c-stands w/extended arms to put up the paper

++Let us know in advance if you want a specific color

++Overtime is time and a half, so please reserve enough time

++Our heat/AC is a huge window unit

++No smoking, glitter or confetti

++We have two other spaces in the area!

2 hour minimum. 1 hour rate will be higher.

To help limit the spread of the coronavirus, Peerspace has provided guidelines for hosts so guests can book with peace of mind.

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
