Noise restrictions? Yes, blasting music like a club is prohibited, must remain low or at lounge level

Ground floor or elevator/stair access? 6th floor, 1 passenger elevator, staircase and freight elevator (see rules below for hours of operations)

What is noise in the surrounding area like? Generally quiet

What are the power capabilities like in the space? 200 amps total 115-120v, outlets on all outer walls and ceiling

Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? No, we are available for any questions or concerns throughout the whole day, but we are not present on premises during the duration of the booking. An on-site manager is available for large productions for an additional fee.

Cleaning Checklist Sweep floors, empty trash bins, wipe tables, disinfect high touch surfaces, tidy up studio/furniture, straighten pillows/blankets/props, clean mirrors, wipe down kitchen amenities if any, clean restrooms when inside suite.

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
