Our beautiful 1,400 square foot studio overlooks Bushwick, Brooklyn.  Four floors above the world, 80-feet of natural light, pre-decorated with mid-century furniture to offer unique and beautiful setups for your next project. Comes FULLY FURNISHED with all the plants (or can come empty). All our furniture is yours to use! Mix and match setups to create your own unique look!

We are located on the 4th floor.  *Starting Jan 1,  2024 - Sept 2024 - Our Studios Spaces will not have freight elevator access while the elevator is extended to the roof.  Stairs only.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Common spaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Studio is allowed to fully air out.

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
